Our luxury self-catering holiday cottages provide superb accommodation for 1 – 6 people and are equipped for all year comfort, comprising modern fixtures/fittings and appliances. Each cottage has its own private enclosed garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ and secure play area for children. We welcome children and well behaved pets.

	Woodpecker Barn Two-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 4 people plus cot. The open plan living / kitchen area along with the main bathroom are situated on the ground floor. Two bedrooms on upper floor, one with double bed and one with twin beds. Also, a cloakroom is situated on the upper floor. Access statement \| Availability
	Red Kite Lodge Two-bedroom cottage sleeping up to 6 people plus cot. The open plan living/kitchen area on ground floor also bathroom and two bedrooms. Living area has a mezzanine floor giving an extra lounge area with sofa bed. One bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with triple sleeper bed. Access statement \| Availability
	Buzzards Watch One-bedroom cottage on two-levels, with the open-plan living area/kitchen located upstairs with superb views across the valley. Downstairs is the spacious bedroom with king size bed and the bathroom. Availability
	Owl Cottage One-bedroom cottage on two-levels, with the living area/kitchen situated on the ground floor. Superb views across the valley. Bathroom with bath and shower over. On the upper level is a spacious double bedroom. Availability

All cottages have a fully fitted kitchen, which includes oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a washer/dryer.
Standard throughout are irons, hairdryers, vacuum cleaners, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. Also, colour TVs with freeview and DVD player.
All bedding, towels, electricity and heating are provided free of charge.
A stairgate, cot and highchair are available on request free of charge.
Up to two well-behaved dogs are permitted in Woodpecker Barn and Red Kite Lodge and one well-behaved dog is permitted in Buzzards Watch and Owl Cottage at an extra cost of £15 per week per dog – no dogs permitted in Buzzards Watch.
A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits is also included with all week long bookings,
In addition to each cottage having it’s own enclosed garden, there is also an enclosed, child friendly communal garden.
There is also an enclosed dog garden with dustbin.
